We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the ScaleSmart Toolkit.
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email adam@scalesmart.net and we will issue a full refund.
- No call required. No hoops. No questions asked.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days, all sales are final. Because this is a digital product with instant access, we cannot verify whether materials have been used or copied, so the 30-day window is firm.
Service Engagements
Revenue Systems Build and Custom Implementation Projects
Service engagements are governed by the terms of the individual service agreement provided before work begins. General refund guidelines:
- Before work begins: Full refund if cancelled before the project kickoff date.
- After work begins: Refund for unused portion, prorated based on work completed. Any completed deliverables (reports, analysis, built systems) remain yours.
- After delivery: No refund once the final deliverable is accepted.
If you have concerns about the quality of work during an engagement, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address issues before they become refund situations.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name
- The product or service purchased
- Your purchase date
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 5–10 business days.
