ScaleSmart, LLC (“ScaleSmart,” “we,” “our”) is a Georgia limited liability company that provides AI-powered business analysis and automation services through our website at scalesmart.net.

Information You Provide:
Diagnostic form data: Business name, industry, revenue figures, lead counts, follow-up metrics, and operational details you enter into our diagnostic tool.
Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number when you request a personalized plan or purchase a product, and whether you opted in to text messages (see Section 6).
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Communications: Emails and messages you send us.
Information Collected Automatically:
Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, clicks, and navigation patterns (via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and PostHog).
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL.
Cookies: Small files stored in your browser to remember preferences and analyze traffic. See Section 7 for details.

Google Ads data
When you connect Google Ads, ScaleSmart accesses your Google Ads account data solely to show your campaigns and performance and to create changes you approve. ScaleSmart's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to provide the feature. You can disconnect at any time in ScaleSmart or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we delete stored Google tokens and data within 30 days of disconnection or on request to adam@scalesmart.net.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with:
Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage tracking), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement), PostHog (product analytics), Twilio (SMS delivery), Render (hosting), and other vendors necessary to operate our services. These providers process data only as directed by us.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Diagnostic data is retained to improve our analysis. You may request deletion at any time by emailing adam@scalesmart.net.
6. Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we use it only to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, affiliates or lead generators, except service providers (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) that deliver messages on our behalf. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Collects page views, traffic sources, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and interactions to help us understand traffic. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising (Meta Pixel): Collects page visits, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and successful lead events for ad measurement. Measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and sign-ups, and helps Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Session cookies: Necessary for the diagnostic tool to function properly.
PostHog (product analytics): Collects page views, clicks, funnel events, device information, and browser identifiers. We use PostHog for product analytics only, with no session recordings. Opting out turns off Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4; product analytics events continue.
Privacy preferences: Local storage remembers your tracking opt-out.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.
Your privacy choices
We automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can also turn off Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 in this browser. PostHog product analytics events continue; we do not use session recordings. We also skip these tags when your browser reports a European time zone, including the UK.
Your choice is stored in this browser. If you clear browser storage or use another browser, choose again or enable GPC.
